Maintenance precautions for each part of Cut-size sheeter

First clean

1. There is no dust accumulation and no oil stains above and below the Cut-size sheeter. All kinds of signs are complete and complete.

The protective door is clean and translucent, and the exterior of the fuselage has a bright paint without stains.

5. There is no oil pollution around the guide rail of the tool walking slider.

Tools: dry compressed air, rags.

Cycle: Clean up once a week.

6. The feed roller and solar roller have no oil stains, and the surface is bright.

Tools: dry compressed air, rags.

Cycle: Clean up once a week.

7. The cut-size sheeter discharge pressure roller has no glue paint, no oil stains, and a bright surface.

Precautions for the second lubrication

1. Use guide oil to wipe the guide rail with linear guide

Tools used: clean cloth

Standard: Oil film on the guide rail

Cycle: once every two weeks

2. Cut-size sheeter paper library lifting and translation sliders use lubricating oil, and the oil is injected for 2 strokes

Tools used: Flat mouth grease gun

Standard: There is a small amount of oil coming out of the slider, check all the guideways by visual inspection

Cycle: once every two weeks
