Cut-size sheeter has a great influence on the quality of printing, because once there is a deviation, the printed product will become waste, so that the work done in the previous process is meaningless. The cut-size sheeter needs to be maintained at ordinary times, and the lubricity and wear of important parts such as the machine guide rail, screw and linkage paper press are checked. If there is any problem, check and repair in time to ensure the normal operation and cutting accuracy of the Cut-size sheeter.

  Secondly, adjust the cutting angle of the Cut-size sheeter to ensure that the cutting blade forms a right angle with the table paper. The paper pusher must not only be at 90° to the platform, but also be parallel to the cutter, and perform the press according to the hardness of the cut paper. The pressure is adjusted to avoid paper breakage and displacement, and to ensure the cutting quality of the Cut-size sheeter.

  In addition, do a good job of timely maintenance and replacement of the blade. The blade is an important part to ensure the cutting accuracy of the Cut-size sheeter, but the blade will become dull after a period of use. Blunt blades need to be coarsely sharpened by an electric knife sharpener, and finely sharpened with "whetstone" and fine-grained emery cloth to clean the edge burrs. Before the new blade is used, it is usually first cut with soft paper such as waste cardboard and offset paper to break in the blade edge, remove the edge burr, and prevent the cutting edge from chipping directly due to hard paper.
